Digital Brand Products (DBP) has a Director, Finance & Operations opening, responsible for the overall management of finance systems and business operations across DBP. This position reports into the CEO.


• Supervise all accounting functions, inclusive of reconciling expenses, accounts payables and accounts receivables, and collections

• Prepare the financial statements within the necessary time frame to meet the company closing schedule and according to the company’s policies and procedures

• Forecast and advise the CEO and business partners as necessary, analyzing cash flow trends and interpreting the financial results to provide the most current and accurate information

• Prepare accurate sales calculations and reports on a recurring schedule

• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding business finances, making sure that all legal, treasury, and tax documentation are properly maintained and secured, and that all fiscal reporting requirements are satisfied

• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws regarding business operations, including maintaining corporate insurances, and maintaining business contracts and vendor contracts

• Ensure adequate systems are in place for the protection of the DBP’s assets, employees and overall business

• Lead the improvement of company efficiency, inclusive of spearheading new systems and software integration (e.g. finding the best licensing software for DBP, sourcing for a fitting digital contacts platform, implementing Salesforce or similar)




• Candidates must have a minimum of a BA in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting/Finance or comparable degree

• Minimum of four years of experience within a strategic finance role

• Full general ledger experience and month end closing experience is highly preferred

• Proven proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBase is highly preferred

• Proven experience with heavy data entry and record keeping


• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and adjust as needed

• A positive can-do attitude, proactive, resourceful, digitally savvy
• Strong interpersonal skills, culturally aware, team player with the ability to work with staff at all levels
• Able to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills and reporting accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
