ABOUT THIS POSITION:

We are currently looking to hire a full-time Manager of Marketing & Brand Strategy with
experience in the podcast or digital space. This team member would work alongside the CEO to
develop custom marketing and ad programs for multiple shows with varying talent and hosts. The office and studio are located in West Hollywood, CA.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Partner with the production team to strategically develop long-term marketing programs
based on the brand goals of talent
• Consult with talent on long term vision and strategize for how to utilize all relevant brand
assets to increase show awareness and growth
• Use understanding of social media platforms and how podcasts can incorporate into 360
programs to enhance campaigns, while applying knowledge of digital engagement metrics
• Spearhead regular strategy meetings or calls with talent on an appropriate basis
• With program enhancement in mind, strategically procure guests for shows and pitch talent
as guests on other shows
• Spearhead ongoing communication with clients and provide counsel across all business
matters including social media, industry trends, brand extensions and growth trajectory
• Advise and consult talent on audience and growth optimization as it relates to show and
partnership with talent’s other platforms, if applicable
• Monitor and track show performance and engagement metrics to have informed
conversations on show growth
• Work on multiple shows with varying talent and hosts each week
• Handle on-going talent relations and inquiries around show and brand growth
• Additional responsibilities as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven Influencer Marketing & Brand Strategy experience
• Recent podcast production experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience strategizing long-term episodic series, experience with podcast series is
highly preferred

• Broadcast Monitoring Tools
• Google E-mail / Docs / Calendar (a must)
• Presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Adobe Suite
• Adobe Premier and After Effects (video & audio a plus)
