ABOUT THE JOB:

The primary focus of this position is to support a Vice President of Talent and their managed talent with campaigns, projects and brand pitches, assisting in the liaise between talent and brands/agencies to ensure all campaigns are seamlessly activated.

The ideal candidate has a passion for social media and an interest in developing talent relationships. They should be professional, detail-oriented, and know how to problem solve and when to be assertive. Must have the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a high volume e-mail/work load.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support to the Vice President of Talent and their managed talent including calendar coordination, managing call sheets/notes, arranging necessary travel accommodations and itineraries
  • Maintain internal database/trackers of contracts and campaigns
  • Maintain talent contact information and metrics on onesheets
  • Update decks, presentations and case studies
  • Work closely with other teams on all partnerships to ensure all talent campaigns are seamlessly activated
  • Work with the finance department to ensure invoices are submitted accurately and on time
  • Additional responsibilities as required

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a minimum 1-2 years of administrative assistant experience in a related field (i.e. talent management, PR, marketing)
  • Previous talent agency or related industry experience a plus (primarily experience with Youtube creator management
