Summary/objective

DBA’s Executive Assistant is a highly skilled and experienced professional who provides essential support to our Heads of HR and Finance. This role plays a vital role in helping achieve the company’s goals through improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the Executives’ offices. As a key member of the DBA team, these contributions are invaluable. 


Essential Functions

· Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the Heads of HR and Finance including managing an active calendar of appointments; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

· Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects for the Executives.

· Successfully complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the Executives’ ability to effectively lead the company.

· Assist with travel arrangements, lodging, and meal planning as needed.

· Coordinate and execute special company events.

This role will heavily focus on the coordination of campaigns and brand pitches as well as the administrative tasks related to. The role is vital to the day-to-day operations of DBA, as you will  liaise between talent and brands/agencies to ensure all campaigns are seamlessly activated.
