Raina Penchansky is the CEO at Digital Brand Architects, where she has brought her passion for brand building and an incredible wealth of strategic talent to DBA’s extensive client roster since the company’s founding in 2010.
Prior to DBA, Penchansky began her career in the star-studded world of film, building large-scale premiers and awards campaigns, before moving into launching products for global brands like Juicy Couture and Jimmy Choo.
After stints with Edelman PR and Saks Fifth Avenue, she joined Coach in 2002, leading the exploding brand’s global communications strategies for celebrity initiatives. It was in that role she proved her remarkable capability for synergizing the forces of marketing, events and public relations, becoming an instrumental force in growing the company into a multi-billion-dollar brand. Under Penchansky’s direction, Coach enjoyed a completely revitalized image through key collaborations, directional events and strong positioning in the marketplace.
At every step, Penchansky continues to remain vigilant in searching for opportunities that will carry DBA’s mission forward across a multifaceted, rapidly evolving digital landscape.

Reesa Lake is the Partner and Executive Vice President of Brand Partnerships at Digital Brand Architects, where she leads development with 100+ brands, agencies, publishing houses and digital networks under her wheelhouse.
As the first talent manager at DBA, Lake adopted a keen focus on growing bloggers into fully-fledged businesses while helping to expand the industry’s perception of traditional influencers as both online and offline talent. She then went on to launch DBA’s Brand Partnerships team.
Lake brings her 20-years’ experience, which spans print, television and digital media, to work at the company within the realms of branded content integrations, marketing, public relations and branding. Having been behind thousands of the most renowned influencer marketing campaigns with clients from Amazon to Cartier, in addition to the strategic positioning of the world’s most coveted talent, she remains a well-respected pioneer in the social media space.
Prior to joining DBA, Lake was a Producer for NBC’s Great American Health Challenge and led sponsorship sales for live events. She started her career in public relations creating and implementing strategies for former clients including: Yigal Azrouel, Donna Karen, Gwen Stefani’s brands and more.
Lake has been featured by Business Insider, Business of Fashion, Deadline, Digiday, Forbes, Fashionista, Hollywood Reporter, Refinery29, Tubefilter, WWD, Yahoo and more. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and leads the DBA East office in New York City.

Vanessa Flaherty is the Executive Vice President of Management at Digital Brand Architects, where she oversees a world-class portfolio of beauty, fashion and lifestyle influencers, implementing strategic counsel to both her clients and a 30-person team.
Prior to joining DBA, Flaherty spent over five years in Coach’s global communications office, where she was an integral part of the brand’s much-lauded approach to digital public relations, influencer partnerships and integrated social media programming.
One of the first to see the potential of digital influencers as brand ambassadors and brands themselves, she championed bloggers on Coach’s homepage, in ad campaigns and behind design collaborations long before these practices became mainstream.
A 10-year DBA veteran, starting at the company a year after its founding, Flaherty has orchestrated a wide number of the industry’s most dynamic and award-winning influencer activations.
She has been featured by Business of Fashion, Fashionista, Hollywood Reporter, Tubefilter and Variety. Flaherty holds an M.A. from New York University and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. After eight years in New York City, the California native returned home and currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband.
