Summary
This role is primarily focused on creating and promoting dynamic branded programs featuring digital talent, including influencers and other digital tastemakers. Key responsibilities include managing advertising agency relationships, responding to RFPs, originating original advertiser program concepts, and actively seeking new business opportunities for DBA-managed talent.
Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 annually B.O.E.

- Conceptualize, develop, and pitch original brand programs utilizing DBA’s roster of influencers and content creators.
- Define project KPIs, objectives and critical assumptions essential for success.
- Implement creative and strategic programs considering talent’s strengths, successes, and development goals, in addition to responding to RFPs.
- Build proactive packages to stimulate category growth across various accounts.
- Leverage existing relationships with brand and advertising agency contacts to drive deals nd meet revenue targets.
- Identify new buyers to fuel revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the support team to oversee each project from inception to completion.
- Act as a business specialist on behalf of DBA Talent, strategically crafting digital and mixed media solutions to align with their objectives.

Supervisory responsibilities
Direct supervision of one or more employees at Assistant or Coordinator level.
Travel Required:
Occasional travel may be required.
Required Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience in digital sales and marketing with a proven track record in packaging digital influencers.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness and ability to thrive in a highly collaborative culture.
- Proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a robust network of advertising agency contacts across various categories.
- Demonstrated ability to surpass performance goals.
- Experience in influencer marketing.
- Superior communication, writing, and verbal skills, with the ability to consult with executive management.
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate strong follow-through.
- Confidence and proficiency in negotiating deals and responding to RFPs.
- Daily monitoring and reading of online media and blogs.

Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in utilizing various social media platforms, incuding Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics.
- Experience with QuickBase.
- Familiarity with Traffic analysis tools (e.g., CreatorIQ, Social Rank).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Box, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Outlook, Slack, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.
