The rise of podcasting is undeniable. According to Forbes, an estimated 100M people listened to a podcast each month in 2020, and that figure is expected to grow by an estimated 25M by December. As industry leaders, Digital Brand Architects has always lent its voice to explore and dissect the influential, behavior-altering power of content. But as of this month, we’re turning the page to engage in a whole new way with “Who’s On Content?!” — our own original podcast.
Hosted by SVP of Special Projects, EJ James, we’re sharing the mic with today’s power players including: social platform leaders, executives from top brands, media journalists and influencers, each who help shape our global society with the content they produce. DBA’s April newsletter focuses on this phenomenon as a whole. In recent years, creative burnout has been a popular topic of discussion with influencers and content creators weighing in on how they’ve managed to “reclaim their spark.” In the fourth session of DBA’s social series “What’s The Deal?” industry vets Nicolette Mason and Aysha Harun detailed all the ways they stay atop of their game. DBA Talent Observing Ramadan
Aysha Harun kicked off her annual “Ramadan Daily” series on YouTube where she shares daily updates in observance of the holy month. Aysha’s first video this year announces a charity initiative in collaboration with “Wear Are One for Ethiopia,” a non-profit that provides aid and food for families in need. Her goal has been listed at $10,000, and she has since raised over $8,500 to date.
In reverence of Ramadan, Zahra educated her community about the many meanings behind the Islamic holy month (4/1-5/1) in a 60-second viral reel that garnered over 20k+ likes.
Loren Asad & Amanda Asad
Leena Snoubar, Loren Asad and Amanda Asad — also known as the Asad Sisters — kicked off their non-profit campaign for Ramadan, which is aimed at building homes for Syrian refugees. To date, Leena and her sisters have raised over $30,000 with a goal of $50,000 by the end of Ramadan.

As of April 18, the following influencers rank in DBA’s top 20 for their ability to reach and maintaining impressively high follower counts in the multi-millions on Instagram.

Digital Brand Architects is excited to introduce its 2022 Mentorship Program cohorts! On March 22, Mikayla Nogueira launched a curated kit with Glow Recipe in continuation of her long-standing partnership with the skin care giant. Between collaborating on every element of the product and celebrating the launch in person during two Sephora meet-and-greets, both parties were blown away with its massive success.
In partnership with Olive & June, Riley Hubatka launched her first product collab: six press-on nail designs inspired by the creator’s “mani moods.”
Aysha Harun announced the continuation of her year-long partnership with Sephora Collection. As a former 2021 ambassador, she’s excited to continue shedding light on her favorite SC beauty essentials with an audience spanning nearly 1M fans.
In celebration of prom, Ella Mendelsohn and Xavier Martin partnered with Amazon Fashion to showcase on TikTok how easy and fun it is to source creative looks online. With a CTA of using the Amazon Lens to shop each creator’s outfits, the program garnered over 450k likes and 12.7M+ views.
