At DIGITAL BRAND ARCHITECTS, we recognize the importance of seeking out and providing opportunities for all talent — especially Black creators. That’s why in partnership with NOIRE MGMT., DBA has taken up the necessary challenge of leveling the playing field with our inaugural Mentor Program. Launching in March 2021, the Mentor Program will distribute access and resources for a class of up to 10 Black micro-influencers to grow their online businesses, preparing them for further development and management. As a leader in the digital marketing, talent management and communications space, DBA and NOIRE MGMT. commit their executive leadership team and well-rounded roster of managers to the benefit of this highly important initiative. To further validate the Mentor Program, we’ve invited key brand partners across digital and complementary platforms to also participate in activities — which will assist in creating a truly enriched experience for Mentees.
